In this very gentle class students will learn modified yoga postures incorporating the same principles as a full yoga class but seated in a chair focusing on breathing techniques and stress management tool such as meditation and deep relaxation. This class is taught by certified instructor Linda Mangan. Participants should bring a bottle of water and a towel to each class.
