Saturday, December 2 at 3:30pm: Ribbon Cutting to kick-off the 1st Annual Jefferson Winter Stroll with Mayor Eric Wilsusen, the Recreation Department, and the Economic Development Committee.

Enter into a world of lights and wonder on the Jefferson Express bus to Camp Jefferson! Shuttle Parking Only except for Handi-Capped Parking. Park and board the shuttle at various parking areas in both Oak Ridge and LakeHopatcong (to be announced).

Start your stroll by receiving a passport to get stamped at each stop and write a letter to Santa

Jefferson Polar Express Train Station Display by the Jefferson Train Group

• Holiday Harbor and visit the Holidays Around the World building for Jefferson Township Boy Scouts, Jingle Bell Boss Ladies, Santa Paws (Puppy/Dog Adoption with Save the Satos), and Artic Ice Cream from AJ’s Country Cone.
• Mayor’s Marshmallows: Roast & Toast with Mayor Eric Wilsusen
• See the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, and other Winter Characters
• Take a look at the Aspen Amphitheater (shows to be announced)
• Feel the music of the season as walking carolers pass by on your way to Yeti’s Sweets & Confectionary to grab home-made treasures by local businesses in the Home for the Holidays cabin and the Snowflake Creative Crafters cabin
• Take a break and enjoy a winter film at the Cabin Fever theater
• Play some Reindeer Games
• Warm up at the Gingerbread Canteen
• Visit Merry Meows with Animal Life Savers Rescue
• Enjoy the magic of the Reindeer Stables and visit with Rudolph
• Walk through Candy Cane Lane and view inflatables and lights along the path ending with Patriots Path, a tribute to our country and a fundraiser for our local American Legion
• Enter the North Pole at Tinsel Town Tattoo while you wait to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus
• Magical Meadows filled with lighted vehicles by Jefferson Emergency Services and residents
• Time to eat! Food trucks with a variety of options will be on-site
• There will be photos opportunities along the way
• Children will receive small gifts as they go on this journey
• And so much more! We are adding on to this event every day!
• There is no entrance fee for this event but donations will be appreciated so we can continue in 2024
