5th Graders and their Parents are invited to join us for this free informational program!
Transitioning into Middle School will be held on Wednesday, August 31 from 6pm - 7:30pm at the Jefferson Township Middle School (1000 Weldon Road). This FREE program is for 5th graders and their parents.

About the Program:
Transition is change, and as with any change the transition to middle school can bring fear, anxiety, self-doubt, worry and a host of other emotions. Helping students and their parents to identify their concerns and develop ways to ensure a smooth transition is the foundation to ensuring a successful academic future.
